General Group Conditions - Camping Zeeburg

1. General Camping Zeeburg welcomes guests for a relaxing stay and has therefore established a set of rules to ensure everyone's safety, comfort and enjoyment. By making a reservation at Camping Zeeburg, the guest agrees to these General Group Conditions.

2. Groups and Deposit 2.1. To ensure an orderly and pleasant stay for all guests, Camping Zeeburg has specific rules for groups.

2.2. Groups of more than 12 persons are required to pay a group deposit. This deposit serves as security for any damage, nuisance, or extra cleaning costs that may arise during the group's stay.

3. Group deposit: Terms of payment 3.1. The group deposit must be paid in full before the arrival date of the group. Without the deposit payment, Camping Zeeburg reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

3.2. The amount of the group deposit may vary and is determined by Camping Zeeburg on the basis of the number of persons in the group, the nature of the reservation and the expected duration of the stay.

3.3. The group deposit will be refunded after departure of the group, provided no damage, nuisance, or extra cleaning costs have been established. The inspection and refund will be made within 14 days of departure. If damage or costs are found, this amount will be deducted from the deposit.

4. Responsibility of the Group 4.1. The group and its contact person are fully responsible for complying with the rules and standards of behaviour established by Camping Zeeburg. Excessive noise, litter, or other disruptive behaviour may result in immediate termination of the stay, without refund of the deposit or cost of the stay.

4.2. The contact person of the group must be available by telephone to Camping Zeeburg staff during the stay for any reports about behaviour or facilities.

5. Cancellation and Modification 5.1. If the group decides to cancel, Camping Zeeburg's standard cancellation conditions apply. If there are special circumstances, the contact person should be contacted.

5.2. Changes in group composition or arrival and departure dates must be communicated in writing to Camping Zeeburg at least 14 days before arrival. Such changes may affect the amount of the group deposit.

6. Damage and Liability 6.1. Camping Zeeburg is not liable for personal damage or loss of property.

6.2. The guest or group is liable for damage caused by negligence, vandalism, or improper use of facilities.

7. Final provisions Camping Zeeburg reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions when necessary. Any changes will be communicated via the website.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the contact person of the group declares to have informed all members of the group of these Terms and Conditions and to be responsible for compliance with them by the group.
